Explosive required for the bank vault, harbour containers, and some safes. Bank and container doors need a Bomb or a Grenade. A green vault light means the bank is off cooldown. Club and jeweler safes also accept a Bomb.

How do you get Bomb?
Dealers sell explosives. A player walkthrough lists a bank bomb at 1,800 euros from a Dealer or Smuggler. The robbery page names the Bomb and Grenade and does not print that price, so confirm it at the buyer. Crime Boss discounts dealer goods. Buying an illegal item does not make you wanted; equipping one does, for a time.
